1. When can I enter?

You can enter the promotion between 12.01am (AEST) on 06/09/2023 to 11.59pm (AEDT) on 03/10/2023.

2. Who can enter the promotion?

Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

3. What do I need to purchase?

To enter, you must spend $10 or more on any Cadbury product(s), in one transaction, from any participating store.

4. Where does the competition run?          

The competition will run in participating Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths Metro stores (including online at www.worthworths.com.au) that stock and sell Cadbury products in Australia. Please note, participating stores exclude Ampol Woolworths MetroGo, Metro 60 and Everyday Market by Woolworths stores.

5. How do I enter?

To enter, you must, during the Competition Period:

  1. make a Qualifying Purchase from an eligible Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and

  2. visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information (including your address) to see if you have provisionally won an instant win prize and to receive one entry into the major prize draw.

6. How many times can I enter?

You can only enter once per day and there is a maximum of 4 entries per household in total.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7. What can I win?

Minor prizes

Each instant win prize is a $10 Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card. For a list of participating stores and full Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card Terms and Conditions visit www.woolworths.com.au/giftcards.

Major prize/s

Each major prize (and any consolation prize awarded in a major prize draw) is AUD$1,000 cash, awarded via EFT transfer to winner’s nominated Australian bank account.  For further details, please refer to the T&Cs.

9. How will I know if I won? 

Upon submitting your entry, instant win prize winners will be notified instantly on screen as to whether or not they have provisionally won an instant prize, you will also receive an email confirming you have provisionally won a prize. All provisional instant winners are subject to verification which can take up to 4 business days. If approved your $10 Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card will be sent via email. If your win is rejected, you will receive an email to notify you and confirm what the issue with your entry was.  

Any major prize/consolation prize winner/s will be notified by email within 5 business days of the relevant draw date and will have their name and postcode of residence published on the Website on 11/10/2023.  The Promoter may also publish a major prize/consolation prize winner's name and postcode of residence on any of its official social media channels.

10. Can I exchange my minor or major prize for cash?

The instant win prize of $10 Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Major $1,000 prize is cash awarded as an EFT transfer as per the T&Cs. Physical cash cannot be awarded. 

11. Why is the website not loading?

12. I submitted but did not get a message. Did my entry go through?

13. I uploaded the receipt and got an error message. What do I do?

Please check that your file is either a .pdf, .jpeg and .png file only and maximum 4Mb. If you are still unable to upload, please contact us here.

14. I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?

It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff. You cannot enter the promotion without a valid receipt.
