  1. When can I enter?
    The promotional period is from 12.01am (AEST) on 28/06/2023 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 29/08/2023.
  1. Who can enter the promotion?
    Only Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.
  1. What do I need to purchase?
    Spend $10 or more on any Cadbury product(s), in one transaction.
  1. How will I know if I’ve won?
    Winners will be notified in writing (by email) within 5 business days of the draw. Winners will be required to claim their prize by confirming their contact details via email. Winners will need to claim their prize by 5pm 15/09/2023.

    Winner’s will have their name and state/territory/postcode published on the Website on 08/09/2023.
  1. Where does the competition run?
    The competition will run in participating independent supermarkets (excluding online) which are displaying promotional material (Outlets) in Australia.
  1. How many times can I enter?
    You can only enter once per day, with a maximum of 6 entries per household in total.  Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
  1. What can I win?
    There are up to 50 x $500 Prezzee Smart e-Gift Cards to be won. This will be sent to you via email, to your nominated email address used when entering within 5 business days from your notification of win.

    For each prize won, the Promoter will also donate $500 via cheque to the local sporting club nominated and advertised by the Outlet where the winner made their purchase. 
  1. Can I exchange the e-gift card for cash?
    No. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  1. How do I enter?
    Spend $10 or more on any Cadbury product(s), in one transaction during the competition period from an Outlet. Then, visit the website,  fill out the online entry form (providing all requested information), upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase on the receipt, and submit your form to enter the draw.

    Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period).
  1. Why is the website not loading?
    If the website doesn't load or some pages don't load, please clear your browser cache, and refresh the page. If the problem still persists, please try loading on a different device or contact us here for further support.
  1. I submitted but did not get a message. Did my entry go through?
    We can check on your entry for you. Please contact us here.
  1. I uploaded the receipt and got an error message. What do I do?
    Please check upload instructions below and make sure you are uploading correctly. If you are still unable to upload, please contact us here.
  1. I’ve lost my eligible receipt / I didn’t receive a receipt when I made my eligible purchase how can I enter this promotion?
    It is your responsibility to request a receipt from a member of staff. You cannot enter the promotion without a valid receipt.
